It's a private one bedroom, on the top floor, the 4th floor, with windows facing the view of the Pacific Ocean. Contemporary style. Clean. Private 1-bd with community 2nd and 3rd-floor balconies (8 am- 9 pm). Walking distance to the beach... across the street, walk along the fence to the ramp and then your toes are in the sand!** Laundry one floor below. Trash receptacle area in the corner of the parking lot. 1-assigned parking spot in lot at rear. Please note: - Entry codes are provided upon request 24 hrs before arrival. - Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated; just ask the day of. If you wish to extend your stay, send a message. - If a guest is not out of the unit by check-out time of 11 AM then maybe charge an entire next night's stay - Park only in the designated spot for the unit which will be in your arrival message. Do not park in front of our neighbor's wooden garages or in private spots that say no parking. - AC available upon request - We provide a starter pack of cleaning supplies. - Up to 2 pets allowed under 20lbs. $150 pet fee. Breed Restriction: Pit bulls, Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, and Wolf-hybrids are not allowed. - The cleaning fee is a basic clean. Additional cleaning fees are determined by what needs to happen to return the unit to the original. Based on $35/hr. - The water, gas, and trash are paid utilities. The limit on the internet is 1,280 gigs. If you go over the limit, please let the host know beforehand. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. If you cancel this booking within 24 hours of confirmation – Full refund of first month’s rent.

If you cancel when your move-in date is:

  • More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
  • 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
  • Less than 7 days away – No refund
